Function and Technical Context

The HR Titan stainless steel 3-blade propeller with 13.9 inch diameter and 23 pitch in right-hand rotation converts the rotary energy of the outboard motor into direct thrust on the water, being the final mechanical link between the power unit and the effective propulsion of the vessel. Stainless steel, unlike aluminum, offers greater blade rigidity and lower tendency to flex under load, which translates into more faithful power transfer to the motor torque and more consistent propulsive performance throughout the service life of the component. The 23 pitch determines the theoretical advance per revolution and must be tuned to the motor's working RPM range: an incorrect pitch prevents the motor from reaching nominal revolutions under load, causing thermal overload, increased fuel consumption and premature aging of the internal components of the foot.
