Who can earn Knots?
Any customer who buys with their Repuestos Marinos account. Guest orders do not earn Knots, so create your account before paying: it is free and takes a minute.
How many Knots do I earn?
A percentage of the product total including VAT, after discounts: 2 % as a Sailor, 3 % as a Skipper and 4 % as a Captain. Shipping costs do not count.
When can I use them?
The Knots from an order show as pending and become available as soon as we ship it. From then on you can use them on your next purchase.
How do I use them?
In the cart or checkout summary you will see "Use my Knots". Choose how many you want to use and the discount is applied straight away. They can be used from 5 Knots and up to 30 % of the product total of each order.
How do I move up a level?
Your level depends on how much you have spent on products in the last 12 months: Sailor from your first order, Skipper from €500 and Captain from €1.500. Your level updates automatically with every order.
Do they expire?
Only if 12 months go by without you placing an order. Every new purchase keeps your whole balance alive.
Do all products earn Knots?
Almost all of them. Genuine manufacturer parts, electric and Parsun outboard engines and some kits do not earn Knots. Each product page shows how many Knots it gives you or whether it earns none.
What if I cancel or return an order?
If an order is cancelled, its Knots are cancelled and any Knots you used on it go back to your balance. If you return products, the Knots they earned are deducted; if you have already spent them, their value is deducted from your refund.
Can they be exchanged for money?
No. Knots are a discount for your purchases on repuestosmarinos.es: they cannot be exchanged for money or transferred to another account.
Can the terms change?
If we change any of the programme terms, we will publish it on this page in advance.
