Spain (Mainland & Balearic Islands) and Portugal: Delivery within 24/48 hours via Correos Express. These timeframes do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.
Rest of Europe (France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Greece, Croatia, Denmark, Sweden, Poland and other EU countries): Delivery within 3 to 5 business days. Orders are shipped via TNT / FedEx / UPS.

You will automatically receive an email notification when your products are shipped, provided the email address entered during registration is correct.

repuestosmarinos.es works with available stock depending on the product. Should there be a stock-out from our suppliers, the customer will be informed with an estimated manufacturing and delivery date of no more than 15 business days.

Delivery times shown on product pages are approximate and may vary. In that case, our Customer Service team will notify you by email. You may cancel your order without penalties or compensation (except for a full refund of the order amount).

The carrier is not obliged to deliver the item to your door; by law, the carrier is only required to leave it at the building entrance.

📍 Delivery Address

The delivery address must be correct and include all necessary information. If there is any error (delivery location, accessibility, phone number, customer absence, etc.) requiring a re-delivery, the customer will be contacted to arrange a new delivery at no additional charge.

📦 Delivery Reception

  • Inspect the package(s) for dents, water marks, package numbers, etc.
  • Refuse any package that is damaged or does not meet your expectations.
  • State the reasons for refusal on the delivery note. Do not write "pending opening" — this statement has no legal value. It is recommended to take photographs of the package.
  • The customer will be deemed to have accepted all packages received. Claims cannot be made after 24 hours from delivery.

  2. Enter your email address and password in the corresponding fields.
  3. Click the "Accept" button.
  4. Check the status of your order by clicking the "Track my orders" link.

🔄 Return Policy

REPUESTOS MARINOS will accept exchanges or returns of products ordered by mistake or that do not match your engine, within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt.

Repuestos Marinos will cover all shipping and/or collection costs when the reason is one of the following:

  • You received an item that did not match the description on our online store.
  • You received a different item from what was ordered.
  • You received advice from one of our technicians to purchase a replacement part that turned out to be incompatible.

In other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (PayPal, credit card or bank transfer).

Products must be returned in the same condition as received: new, unused and complete, with no damage or signs of use.

Products not eligible for return (unless defective):

  • Footwear
  • Electrical equipment
  • Custom-ordered materials
  • Anodes, anchors, chains, hoses
  • Obsolete or discontinued items
  • Propellers, inflatable boats, Paddle Surf boards and Parsun engines
  • Oils, paints, greases, liquids and cleaning/maintenance products in general
