This maintenance kit brings together in a single set all the critical wear and consumption components to perform a complete service on the Suzuki DF100 and DF115 outboard engines. It integrates elements of the cooling, lubrication, ignition, fuel supply and galvanic protection systems, allowing periodic maintenance to be addressed without the need to purchase each part separately. The water pump ensures coolant circulation to prevent overheating of the block; the oil filter ensures the cleanliness of the lubricant in the lubrication circuit; the spark plug maintains ignition efficiency; the fuel filter protects the injectors from impurities; and the anode safeguards submerged metal parts against electrolytic corrosion. The rest of the elements – gasket, O-ring, plug washer, locking pin and cotter pin – guarantee the tightness and correct assembly of the assembly after the intervention.

When to replace this part?

On Suzuki outboard engines, the manufacturer establishes maintenance intervals annually or every 100 hours of operation, whichever comes first; After this period, the water pump impeller, filters, spark plug and anode will have reached their recommended use limit. Symptoms that indicate that maintenance cannot wait include a visible reduction in water flow through the cooling indicator, increased engine temperature, irregular starts or loss of power associated with deteriorated spark plugs or filters, and signs of corrosion on the metal parts of the shaft and propeller due to anode depletion. Replacing all these elements jointly and preventively at the beginning of each season prevents navigation breakdowns and significantly prolongs the useful life of the engine.
