Volvo Penta Rubber Bushing 826422 — Damping Component for Marine Engines
The rubber bushing ref. 826422 is an elastomeric structural damping component integrated into the support and transmission systems of Volvo Penta engines. Its main function is to absorb vibrations and low-amplitude movements generated during the operation of the powertrain, protecting the alignment of the propulsion shaft and minimizing the transmission of noise and movement to the hull structure.
Manufactured in accordance with Volvo Penta technical specifications, this hub guarantees dimensional and material compatibility with more than 58 engine variants of the most widespread propulsion series in recreational and light commercial boating, ranging from smaller displacement series to larger displacement engines.
