Volvo Penta Temperature Sensor 3862500
The Volvo Penta temperature sensor reference 3862500 is a thermal control component installed in the exhaust elbow of petrol engines. It continuously monitors the temperature of the cooling circuit to guarantee optimal engine operation and activate overheating protection systems. This piece allows an accurate reading of the cooling water temperature before its return to the engine block.
Compatible with a wide range of Volvo Penta engines from the 3.0, 4.3, 5.0, 5.7 and 8.1 liter families, as well as DPX diesel propulsion systems and V-Drive engines of various configurations and versions.
