Description
The MAP (Manifold Absolute Pressure) sensor is a critical component in the fuel injection systems of Mercury Marine V6 and V8 MPI engines. This sensor measures the absolute pressure of the intake manifold and transmits the information to the engine control unit to optimize the air-fuel mixture and ignition timing, ensuring precise and efficient operation of the marine thruster.
Compatible with Mercury Marine references 861249A1, 881731, 8M0054726 and 8M0186195, as well as Indmar engines using reference 556102. This replacement part guarantees full compatibility with high-performance MPI applications.
