When to replace this part?

It is recommended to inspect all onboard shut-off valves at each seasonal maintenance, checking the free movement of the handle, the absence of galvanic corrosion and tightness under pressure. Replacing a ball valve in poor condition preventively, before launching the boat, avoids unexpected breakdowns that during navigation can lead to water ingress or loss of control of the affected circuit.
