Function and technical context
The left 15x21 stainless steel propeller is the direct propulsion element that transforms the engine power into hydrodynamic thrust to move the boat. Integrated into the marine transmission system, it works coupled to the engine output shaft, receiving rotation and transferring it to the water with maximum efficiency. This propeller is critical to maintaining the performance and stability of the boat, since wear, cavitation or breakage directly affects maneuverability, speed and fuel consumption, in addition to compromising navigation safety.
When to replace this part?
Propellers require regular visual inspection for cracks, warping, blade erosion, or algae and mollusk deposits that reduce performance.
