Function and technical context

This needle bearing is a critical component in the vertical shaft of Yamaha outboard engines, responsible for supporting and guiding the radial loads of the propeller. It is recommended to inspect this component every navigation season and replace it preventively every 500-800 hours of operation, depending on the conditions of use and the state of the navigation water.
