Volvo 873395 Zinc Anode is a cathodic protection component specifically designed to prevent galvanic corrosion in saltwater marine propulsion systems. This anode is preferentially sacrificed to the noble metals of the engine and transmission, significantly extending the life of critical components exposed to the brackish and corrosive marine environment.
Compatible with Volvo Penta engines and transmissions of the most demanding propulsion series, it guarantees effective protection through the controlled galvanic corrosion process, maintaining the structural integrity of the tail systems, direct propulsion and steering units in recreational and professional boats.
