Description
The Delco Remy PH375-0001 starter solenoid is the electromechanical component responsible for connecting the starter motor to the marine engine's electrical circuit. Its function is to activate the starter motor pinion against the engine flywheel using a holding solenoid, allowing the battery to supply the current necessary to turn the engine. Measuring 9.5cm in length, this solenoid integrates seamlessly into MerCruiser and OMC marine engine ignition systems, ensuring reliable starting even in demanding boating conditions.
