Function and technical context

The NGK BR8HCS-10 spark plug is the element responsible for generating the electrical spark that ignites the air-fuel mixture in the combustion chamber of the outboard engine, being the starting point of the power cycle in each cylinder. It works integrated into the ignition system, continuously subjected to high voltage pulses, extreme pressure and sudden temperature changes at each engine detonation.
