Volvo Crankshaft Front Seal 6842273
The front crankshaft seal is a critical sealing component in Volvo Penta marine engines. Its main function is to prevent oil leaks from the crankshaft chamber to the outside, maintaining the internal pressure of the lubrication circuit and protecting the auxiliary systems. This seal ensures reliable operation of the engine in demanding sailing conditions, where the integrity of the lubrication system is essential for the durability of the propeller.
